Where can we go to buy big, sweet, juicy, and tasty peaches? Every fall we buy them from all three of our grocery stores, and all three stores sell the same type of peaches: very hard. They never ripen; they go from hard as a rock to completely shriveled, dry, and tasteless. The vendors’ are even worse; they have bruises so deep that much of the peach has to be cut away. We could drive up to Brigham City, Utah, to see if they still sell scrumptious peaches, but surely someone nearby sells real peaches!
