Despite prior warnings to all the negative consequences, Gov. Hickenlooper recently signed into law new, unenforceable, state gun control laws. This action sent Magpul and other gun industry companies to Wyoming and Texas, taking with them millions of dollars in tax revenue and hundreds of jobs from Colorado. The governor now claims he has been doing all he can to support the Colorado economy and job growth. Sen. Udall voted lock step with President Obama and Vice President Biden for their new federal gun control laws. Both Hickenlooper and Udall now claim to be pro-Second Amendment and for law-abiding citizens’ inherit right to self defense. I believe that what Hickenlooper and Udall say and what they actually do are two entirely different things. Please keep this character trait in mind when you cast your vote in November.
