With all that we know about pollution we are allowed to burn garbage! I’m tired of coming home in the evening and not being able to open my windows because somebody is disrespectful and doesn’t have any consideration for anybody else! I’m tired of getting headaches and smelling garbage and yard clippings and my house getting full of toxic smoke! Are we all idiots out here? We live in a valley that doesn’t clean out well because of all the coal plants. It’s funny how it was so important to stop people from smoking in bars and restaurants because second-hand smoke is bad for you, but it is OK to burn your trash and create lots of pollution and fill your neighbors house with toxic smoke. The brains here are unbelievable — no thinking whatsoever. No wonder there are a lot of people on oxygen here and people have respiratory illness. It is time to wake up and put a stop to it. My right to breathe clean air here is gone! There are more people here now then there were in 1900 when they said burning is OK so time for a change — our air is polluted enough from New Mexico coal plants!
