Writers should sign editorials

The Journal really needs to start these editorials so we know who writes some of this nonsense. The editorial on the Poes’ land sale to Canyons of the Ancients (Sept. 26) is so one-sided, it is pretty obvious why no one wants their names associated with it. I’ve encouraged you to strike a more balanced approach because you are hurting your business with non-liberal people by throwing your journalistic integrity out the window. Surely there is a writer there who can bring a more balanced approach (although I doubt he would be able to keep his job if he didn’t plug into the group-think that is plaguing the Journal). Please consider finding a writer who can bring some balance – someone who doesn’t mind being ridiculed for non-liberal musings – someone who has the guts to sign his name to an editorial. I for one would support you if you’d try it. By the way, your headline writer should be fired. This editorial is a great example of brazen bias and you don’t have to look further than the headline to know it. There is no need to read more.
