Gracie and Ian Billings, of Cortez, Colo., announce the birth of their first child, Isaac Lawrence Billings. Isaac was born on Sept. 11, 2014, at 9:17 p.m. at Southwest Memorial Hospital, Cortez. He weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. Isaac’s maternal grandparents are Todd and Tammy Bowen, of Alma Center, Wis. His paternal grandparents are Alan and Patrice Billings, of Loyal, Wis.
