The Mancos Public Library offers its first Science Friday program from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Participants will study electricity, with hands-on experiments. Mesa Verde National Park’s annual Hike and Bike on Wetherill Mesa. The 5.5 mile Wetherill Mesa Road loop will open at 9 a.m. and close at 3:30 p.m. to hikers and bicycle riders.
