Dolores Farmers Market to open June 2

Dolores Farmers Market will open June 2, and will run from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays, June through October at Flander’s Park in the center of town.

Vendors will offer fruits and vegetales, locally made products and live music most weeks.

The music lineup includes Roscoe June 2, Jake McIntosh June 16, Aloha Club July 7, Sunny Gable July 21, Dulce Aug. 4, One Stan Band Aug. 18, Bluegrass Heelers Sept. 1, Bentley Monk Sept. 15 and Flashback Oct. 2 at the Dolores Harvest Festival.

Other weeks will feature local acoustic artists, with acoustic musician announcements being made on the Dolores Farmers Market Facebook Page and other social media pages closer to the dates.

For vendors, there is no fee to set up a booth. Set up and be ready by 4 p.m. All booths are on the grass within Flanders Park.

Vendors in need of other space arrangements may contact the Town of Dolores at 882-7720. Food vendors must have food handlers permits ready for random inspection by the County Health Department. All vendors are encouraged to have disinfectant protocols in place. Interested vendors may sign up for updates on the market mailing list on www.visitdolores.com.
