It would be advisable for the voters in Cortez to reflect on the inability of the current City Council and mayor to effectively have the snow removed after a large snowfall (it took weeks), and also their ability to see to it that the potholes are filled to avoid damage to cars and tires.
I believe the city should be liable for repairs to autos and tires that get damaged if the problems aren’t addressed immediately. There is no excuse to operate a city like this.
