12:01 p.m. Credit card fraud was reported in the 2900 block of County Road J.6.

2:03 a.m. A man was cited on suspicion of DUI and driving under restraint in the 23800 block of County Road G.

Wednesday, March 10

11:48 p.m. Fraud was reported in the 10400 block of County Road 39.

Saturday, March 13

6:46 p.m. An officer conducted a verification of information on a registered sex offender in the 20000 block of County Road F.4.

Tuesday, March 16

5:37 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se, reckless driving and driving without a valid license in the 500 block of South Broadway.

Wednesday, March 17

12:18 a.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of driving while under restraint in the 26000 block of County Road H.

10:31 a.m. An officer assisted a woman who hit a deer with her vehicle in the 17000 block of Colorado Highway 145.

Thursday, March 18

11:34 p.m. A possible explosive device was reported in the 21000 block of County Road G. The device was determined to be a stick of marine repair boat putty.

Friday, March 19

9:34 a.m. Credit card fraud was reported in the 13900 block of County Road 25.6.

10:51 a.m. A man was remanded into custody at Montezuma Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

2:46 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of speeding and DUI in the 40000 block of U.S. Highway 160.

11:09 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se and driving without a valid license in the 2000 block of East Main Street.

Saturday, March 20

2:12 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and violating a protection order in the 15300 block of County Road CC.

Sunday, March 21

1:02 a.m. Domestic violence was reported in the 28200 block of U.S. Highway 160. The reported was determined to be unfounded.

1:55 p.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant in the area of Weeminuche Drive.

Monday, March 22

7:29 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 15100 block of County Road 28.

9:38 a.m. Kidnapping was reported in the 400 block of East Arbecam Avenue. There was insufficient evidence and the case was forwarded to the DA.

5:49 p.m. A male inmate was served a warrant for failure to comply at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

5:57 p.m. A protection order violation was reported in the 21700 block of County Road S. The report was determined to be unfounded.

11:39 p.m. Theft was reported at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St. A male inmate was allegedly using other inmates’ PINs to make phone calls.
