Looking to duplicate or even improve on those results, Higgins will return to this year’s fair and participate in the same events.
In hopes of providing insight into the fair experience, reporters from The Cortez Journal will follow Higgins throughout fair week and document his experiences.
Multiple aspects of Higgins’ fair experience will be explored, including his rocket launches, turkey presentation and presence at fair events.
