Rick and Kelly Oliver of Cortez are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Danna Oliver, to Matt Ruggles, son of Marty and Connie Ruggles, of Cortez. The wedding will take place in a private family ceremony on Aug. 2, 2014. Matt is a lineman employed by Empire Electric and Danna is an RN employed by Pasco/SW Home Health. They plan to reside in Cortez.
