I would like to take this means to send a special thank you to all those who supported and voted for me in the Republican primary race for county commissioner. My wife and I truly appreciate all those who have helped with the campaign whether financially, physically and by prayer and by their vote. They made it an enjoyable experience — an experience we will treasure the rest of our lives.
I also want to thank my opponent, Jim Candelaria, for an honest and hard-fought campaign. He was always the gentleman at all of the various appearances that we made together. I appreciated that.
