60th Anniversary: Robert and Joanna Rouse

Bob and Jo Rouse married June 28, 1954, in Colorado Springs, where Bob was stationed in the Army. Born and raised in Iowa, they returned to farm life there after the service. After bringing their young family back to Colorado, they moved around the state during his employment with the Division of Wildlife, and retired in the Four Corners area.

Their celebration will be June 28, at the home of their son Scott and his wife, Bea Rouse, with the help of their other children, Leslie Mikelson of Colorado Springs, Bobbi Rouse of Hawaii, and Tommie and Colleen Peterson of Durango.

Their good health and dedication to each other makes them an inspiration to many. Seventy friends and family are expected.
