12:44 p.m. A woman reported menacing in the 14200 block of County Road 39.9. While riding her horse, a man and woman became angry that her dogs were not on leashes, and the man pulled a gun and pointed it at her dogs. The case is being actively investigated.

8:26 a.m. A male inmate was served a warrant for failure to comply at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
8:06 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of violation bond conditions for consuming alcohol in the 7500 block of U.S. Highway 160.

7:42 p.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant for parole violation during a traffic stop in the 12 block of East Mike Wash Road.

11:11 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 21700 block of County Road S.

10:35 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 11400 block of County Road 22.
11:42 a.m. A man was cited for driving an off-road vehicle on city streets in the 200 block of Central Avenue, Dolores.
4:51 p.m. Menacing was reported in the 28200 block of U.S. Highway 160. A man allegedly threatened another man with a knife. The man denied the claims.

5:32 a.m. A dog at large was reported in the 11000 block of County Road 22. A woman reported a dog kept coming into her yard and breeding with her dog. The dog was later caught and surrendered.
10:16 a.m. Two chain saws were reported stolen from a lumber yard in the 23900 block of Highway 184.
4:04 p.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 15200 block of County Road 31.

2:36 p.m. A male inmate was cited on suspicion of second-degree assault at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St. A detention deputy was assaulted by an inmate. The altercation was caught on video.

12:25 p.m. A woman reported losing her purse in the 13900 block of County Road 28.
2:50 p.m. A man found a suitcase and chair in the 70000 block of U.S. Highway 160.
Monday, Feb. 1
7:40 a.m. An inmate was assaulted by other inmates at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St. Five inmates were cited for their involvement.
11:10 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in Dolores.
