The Doctors from Southwest Internal Medicine will offer athletic physicals at Montezuma-Cortez High School from 5 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on June 24. Students who plan to participate in an interscholastic sport or band next school year must have a physical dated after June 1.
The clinic is open to all Middle School and High School students in the area and the cost is 20 dollars per student.
