The League of Women Voters of La Plata County will host a virtual presentation, “A Citizen’s Guide to Realizing American Democracy,” by Fort Lewis College Political Psychologist Paul DeBell from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday via Zoom.
Learn about the country’s current path of division and violence and whether it will continue or if governance can become a catalyst for improving and reforming the democratic system.
The presentation will be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/lwvlaplata.org and www.durangogov.org/DGOV. Zoom login information is available at www.lwvlaplata.org. No RSVP is required.
