2:32 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of harassment in the 25700 block of County Road N. The man allegedly pushed a woman and prevented her from entering a camper to retrieve personal property.

8:43 p.m. A man was cited during a traffic stop on suspicion of DUI, failing to use turn signals and failing to drive in a single lane in the 10200 block of U.S. Highway 491.
Friday, Jan. 1
7:37 p.m. A man was cited during a traffic stop on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se, driving under restraint and failure to signal in the 25200 block of County Road H.
Thursday, Jan. 7
2:54 p.m. Burglary was reported at a self-storage unit in the 6800 block of County Road 24. The property fence was cut and the locks of three units were cut. Multiple items were stolen.
Friday, Jan. 8
8:05 p.m. A warrant was issued for the arrest of a man on suspicion of third-degree assault, obstruction of a telephone, menacing and domestic violence in the 8300 block of County Road 41. The man allegedly destroyed his girlfriend’s phone and slammed her hand into a granite counter top.
Tuesday, Jan. 12
11:35 a.m. Mailboxes were damaged in the 5900 block of County Road 46. Tire tracks were found at the scene.
3:33 p.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 16400 block of County Road 18.
Wednesday, Jan. 13
4:32 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of violating a protection order by consuming alcohol in the 22400 block of County Road G.
Thursday, Jan. 14
2:53 a.m. A suicidal threat was reported in the 10700 block of County Road 26. One man allegedly choked another man while intoxicated. The parties separated for the night.
2:07 p.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 12100 block of County Road 32.
3:05 p.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 15200 block of County Road 18.
9:19 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of driving under restraint and speeding in the 17000 block of U.S. Highway 491.
11:52 p.m. A female inmate was served four misdemeanor warrants at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
Friday, Jan. 15
11:18 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 24700 block of County Road L.
7:11 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of menacing in the 25500 block of County Road H. A woman serving papers to the address was confronted by the man and he allegedly threatened to shoot her. When confronted by an officer the man told the officer to shut up and get off his property because he was trespassing.
Sunday, Jan. 17
8:59 p.m. A man was cited during a traffic stop on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se and failing to obey a traffic control signal in the 7000 block of County Road G.
Tuesday, Jan. 18
9:24 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 16800 block of County Road EE.
9:30 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 16000 block of County Road N.
