Dan and Michael Murphy of M4 Ranch Group, a division of Team Murphy Realty, were recently awarded the 2020 “Colorado Land Realtor of the Year” from the Colorado Chapter of Realtors Land Institute, a nationally recognized membership organization for land real estate industry professionals.
In 2017, the Murphy brothers received several National RLI awards including 2017 Top National Producer APEX Award, the 2017 National Broker of the Year in Recreational Land Sales Award and Top Twenty Producer APEX Award. They have been awarded the Producers Club each year since 2017. In 2019, the Murphy brothers received their Accredited Land Consultant designation, ranking them among the most qualified Land Real Estate Brokers in the country.
