Keep the Electoral College, for every vote

When the Constitution was formulated, the northern states believed all that was needed was a House of Representatives whose members would be based on the number of citizens in each state. This would have the populous states making the laws, leaving the small states virtually no say. After days of debate, the populous states relented and agreed to a Senate with two members from each state, providing equal representation regardless of a state’s population. This same thinking is what went into the formulation of the Electoral College. Keep it and make every vote count.
