I continue to read with interest the letters concerning Proposition 113, the so-called popular vote. Anything other than the Electoral College is most unfair to every state.
The highly populous states do not have the right to tell Montana or Louisiana that they must accept their choice for the most popular candidate. If Proposition 113 passes, any state which votes other than the way of the most populous states becomes irrelevant. Vote No on 113.
