Thursday, Oct. 15

9:41 a.m. Shoplifting was reported in the 700 block of South Broadway. The suspect could not be located.

1:20 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of turning left in front of traffic after a truck collided with her vehicle in the 2500 block of East Main Street.

5:40 p.m. A man was cited for following to closely in the 200 block of East Main Street. The driver rear-ended another vehicle.

8:51 p.m. A hit-and-run crash was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Friday, Oct. 16

7:32 a.m. A vehicle break-in was reported in the 1200 block of Cottonwood Street. A wallet and cash were taken.

12:01 p.m. A man was arrested on a felony warrant and served with four warrants out of Boulder County in the 1800 block of East Main Street.

5:56 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and criminal trespassing in the 200 block of East Seventh Street. He was allegedly harassing another man and attempting to get into his residence after police told him he could not be there.

7:31 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and protection order violation in the 500 block of South Madison Street. He was inside the apartment of a woman who had an active protection order against him and there was an altercation.

Saturday, Oct. 17

7:04 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order and was served with two active warrants in the 1300 block of East Main Street.

8:40 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of DUI, reckless driving, failing to yield the right of way, failure to stop and vehicular assault while driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol in the 2400 block of Pelota Drive. The driver and several victims sustained injuries. The driver was flown to a hospital for treatment.

9:43 p.m. Three dogs allegedly attacked and killed a neighbor’s dog in the 1000 block of East Second Street. The dogs were removed from the property. The owners were out of town at the time.

Sunday, Oct. 18

9:55 a.m. A box of ammunition was found in the 1600 block of East Main Street and turned over to the police department.

6:24 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of failing to obey a traffic signal in the 2500 block of East Main Street. The driver allegedly ran a red light and collided with another vehicle.

Monday, Oct. 19

10:50 a.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of unsafe backing in the 300 block of West Main Street. She was backing out of a parking space and collided with another vehicle.

12:06 p.m. A motorcycle was reported stolen in the 100 block of West Fourth Street.

1:23 p.m. A woman was arrested on two warrants in the 200 block of East First Street.

4:07 p.m. A woman backed into another vehicle, causing minor damage, in the 400 block of South Sligo Street.

6:02 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, and his driver’s license was revoked in the 200 block of East Main Street. He was uncooperative during the arrest and attempted to kick an officer.

Tuesday, Oct. 20

11:01 a.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant in the 400 block of South Broadway.

11:17 a.m. Tires were slashed on two vehicles in the 400 block of North Linden Street.

3:53 p.m. A female inmate was served two warrants at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
