A man was critically injured after being shot New Years Eve in Towaoc, according to law enforcement officials.
Few details have been released about the incident, which is being handled by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s office.
Jeff Dorschner, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorneys office, said the investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made as of Friday afternoon.
The victim is reportedly in critical condition, officials said.
The names of the suspect and victim were not disclosed.
