As I prepare to cast my ballot for the next Congresswoman to represent us in Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District, I’m thinking about which candidate will support access to affordable health care for my patients. That’s Diane Mitsch Bush. Diane will protect the Affordable Care Act, for people with pre-existing conditions. Her opponent has said she’d repeal it – which would allow insurance companies to deny coverage to more than 300,000 people in CD 3 with a pre-existing condition. If Boebert wins, I’m alarmed that my patients won’t be able to get the care they need.
