7:01 p.m. An officer returned a phone call and spoke with a woman about her vehicle being rammed and pushed into a garage. The woman said her ex-husband had borrowed $1,000 for her to buy a car from a woman. The woman said she was supposed to pay the woman $250 a month until the amount was paid off but she said that the vehicle was not running and that it had been parked at her ex-husbands house. The woman said she told the other woman that she could not pay for a vehicle that was not running. The woman said she picked up her daughter from her ex husbands house and her daughter told her that somebody had rammed the vehicle with another vehicle. The woman told the officer that she believed it was the woman that she was buying the vehicle from that did this. The officer reported to the ex-husband’s house who said that he believed that his ex-wife was the one who rammed the vehicle and not the other woman. The officer did not see any damage consistent with the vehicle being struck by another car. The damage to the garage door was caused by a bottle jack. The officer then went to the other woman’s residence and did not observe any damage on the car consistent to the damage on the other vehicle. The officer spoke with the other woman who said she had been at her sisters since the day before and had not driven at all. There are no leads or suspects in this case.
