To the many, many friends of the Dolores Public Library District, a great big thanks for all of you who attended my retirement party, who called, or dropped by the library wishing me a happy retirement. I will be forever grateful for your support.
We built a great library, a beautiful library and one now free of debt.
We promised 10 years ago when the note was paid off we would reduce the mill levy of the payment retaining a portion for maintenance of the building.
We know taxpayers appreciate that we are protecting their investment, and we are keeping our promise when we asked for your vote.
