2:27 p.m. A deputy was conducting an investigation in the 200 block of Third Avenue, and she arrested a woman on a failure to appear warrant for driving under restraint, alcohol-related. The woman was booked into the Montezuma County Detention Center.

Friday, Jan. 31

5:32 p.m. A deputy assisted on a traffic contact in the 38000 block of County Road H in Montezuma County. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence, driving while license revoked and four counts of child abuse.

Saturday, Feb. 1

8:51 p.m. A deputy was conducting stationary traffic enforcement on U.S. Highway 160 in Montezuma County and stopped a westbound blue Chevy truck with a broken taillight. The passenger was arrested for multiple warrants and the driver was arrested for having 5 ounces of marijuana with intent to distribute, which is a level 4 drug felony.

Sunday, Feb. 2

1:05 p.m. A deputy was investigating a family disturbance on the 42000 block of U.S. Highway 160 east of Mancos and arrested a woman on a failure to appear warrant for driving under restraint. The woman was booked into the Montezuma County Detention Center.
