Mine should face criminal investigation

I read the call for criminal investigation into Red Arrow Mine chemical violations, with interest. They never had a license but had liability insurance for operations and were fined $335,000. Hmmm. In my Mancos three-parcel situation, saturated by thousands of gallons of petroleum from the Sinclair complex, the state issued the license annually to the owner/operator (I am the landowner), who never once obtained a $3 million dollar liability insurance bond per regulations, but instead issued warnings only of $15,000 per day fines ongoing since May 2006. These are warnings, not fines, and nothing was ever collected. That, to date, is more than $2 million in warnings. Drivers have to provide a license/insurance to operate a car, or they can go to jail for six months. The Sinclair complex is under state criminal investigation. I support the residents of Montezuma County in a criminal investigation of Red Arrow.
