6:30 p.m. Mancos Deputy Michael Morris received a report of a vehicle accident involving a deer. The vehicle was still drivable and no injuries were reported.
Monday, Dec. 9
1 p.m. Deputy Jared Farnsworth responded to the intersection of Mesa Street and Bauer Avenue for a report of an abandoned vehicle. He tagged the vehicle with a notice that it was considered abandoned and that if it remained at that location, it would be towed after 72 hours. After multiple attempts to contact the owner, the vehicle was towed to the Mancos towing lot.
Saturday, Dec. 14
6:56 p.m. Deputy Farnsworth stopped a vehicle for speeding. During the stop, Farnsworth found that one passenger had three active arrest warrants and another was violating a mandatory protection order. Both were arrested, and the driver was given a verbal warning.
