Dr. Kelly Busby, DO, is a member of the May 2018 graduating class of Institute for Functional Medicine certified practitioners.
Busby completed seven training seminars and passed written and case study evaluations, the Institute for Functional Medicine said in a news release.
Functional medicine develops personalized care based on a patient’s environment, lifestyle and genes to identify and treat root causes of chronic disease.
Busby, who practices osteopathic manipulative medicine and functional medicine, obtained a Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Midwestern University - Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. She is the practice owner at Bee Healthy Osteopathic Care 102 E. North St. in Cortez.
