League of Women Voters to discuss National Popular Vote

Guinn Unger will discuss Universal Health Care during a League of Women Voters of Montezuma County meeting at the Dolores Public Library at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9.

Unger served as the regional coordinator for Southwest Colorado in the campaign for the ColoradoCare Amendment 69, which was on the statewide ballot in 2016. He also served on the Health Care and Senior Issues committee of Indivisible Durango.

The following League meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, at the Mancos Public Library. State Sen. Mike Foote will discuss the National Popular Vote movement.

Foote and the League of Women Voters support the movement.
