Mancos athlete Ro Paschal of Morningside College was named Great Plains Athletic Conference Runner of the Week Oct. 9.
Paschal registered the top loop finish in a strong field at Briar Cliff University’s Invitational Oct. 5.
His time of 26 minues, 3.36 seconds across the 8K course placed him 10th out of 140 individuals. Due in large part to his efforts, Morningside wound up fourth in the team standings.
