The Montezuma County Emergency Management and the CSU Extension offices will host a drought workshop Oct. 17 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the CSU Extension Office, 103 N. Chestnut St.
The workshop will focus on funding and other community resources that help deal with drought. Weather experts will discuss the history of our regional climate and what the future might hold.
