Destination Imagination will host several information nights in September and October for parents, students and teachers to learn more about the program.
Informational sessions will be held at:
1 p.m. Sept. 28, San Juan BOCES office in Cortez, 2003 Industrial Park Road.1 p.m. Oct. 26, San Juan BOCES office in Cortez, 2003 Industrial Park Road.Destination Imagination is an international educational experience that gives kids an outlet for their creativity, while teaching problem-solving, teamwork, communication and project management.
Teams of two to seven students, from kindergarten through college, solve one of six open-ended challenges in their own way and present their solutions at the regional tournament.
