The Dolores Public Library has completed another successful Summer Reading Program. We will have our final drawing for prizes this Saturday, Aug. 17, at 1 p.m. at the library.
Many people in the community come together each year to help the children learn and have a fun time while reading. I would like to thank Megan Tallmadge, June Head, Casey McClellan, Val Truelsen, Linda Dunn, Patricia Lacey, Dale Davidson, Kate Cochran, Kelly Ritter, Sam Green for taking pictures, Mr. Hoffman at Probuild for providing wooden blocks, Ellen Kress, Rhonda Wooten, Elise and Tessa Butler, and of course Kristin Pejsa who does a wonderful job of making snacks.
As always, a special thanks to my fellow librarians who cheerfully support the program.
