Will drilling regulations be enforced?

Editor:

I own three private property parcels at MM51, the 2006 “Sinclair complex,” oil industry spill and drill site near Mesa Verde. Twenty-one wells later, the spread of cancer-causing chemicals, 400 times allowable, is a 30-feet-deep plume and entirely under and across 160. Our scenic byway, now a toxic highway.

BLM feds plan to sell off new drilling sites from Mancos to Hesperus. Denver government, in seven years, has not enforced regulations, fined anyone, or even policed one well, right in front of a National Park. Why would they now? Just my senior instinct warnings going off.
