Axis Health System will offer free Smart Recovery classes in Cortez from 10 to 11 a.m. every Monday at Cortez Public Library, 202 N. Park St.
Smart Recovery is a science-based program to help people manage recovery from any addictive behavior. The four-point program includes building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges, managing thoughts, feeling and behaviors and living a balanced life.
