Southwest Colorado Small Business Development Center will sponsor a half-day workshop entitled Understanding Your Agricultural Financial Statements from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 18 at the Montezuma County Annex Building, 107 N. Chestnut St. The workshop will teach the importance of using financial statements to take the guesswork out of running an agricultural business.
Learn to read, understand and analyze what the financial statements tell you about an agricultural business. The workshop will examine budgets and cash flow, and offer best practices to develop and maintain an annual budget.
