The San Juan Mountains Association, in partnership with the San Juan National Forest, is offering a free backpacking trip June 29 and 30.
Whether you are new to backpacking or want to share your experience with others, this trip will be a fun and educational adventure.
Interpretive guide MK Thompson will lead the trip over Sharkstooth Pass and into the Bear Creek Valley in the San Juan National Forest.
