Duane and Nancy Duncan of Cortez announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Duncan, to Tony Rocco, son of Jim and Suzie Rocco of Edgewood, N.M.. The couple are graduates of Fort Lewis College in Durango. A summer wedding is planned in Durango.
