Clyde Robert Robbins, 69, of Mabelvale, Ark., passed away on May 5, 2013, of natural causes.

The funeral services were held May 13 in North Little Rock, Ark., with burial in Rest Hill Cemetery in Sherwood, Ark.

Clyde was born in Mancos, Colo., on June 23, 1943, to Vern and Gertrude Robbins. He graduated from Mancos High School in 1961.

Clyde worked in the oil and gas industry for many years in Northwest New Mexico. He enjoyed animals, fishing and hunting.

Clyde is survived by the love of his life, Carolyn, of Mabelvale, Ark.; sons Jeffrey of Renwick, Iowa; Jerel (Amy) of Cabot, Ark.; and James of Albuquerque, N.M.; grandson Jacob, and granddaughters Amber and Kayla; sisters Vergie (Dick) Edwards of Cortez, Colo., and Eileen Moore of Rio Rancho, N.M.; sisters-in-Law Helen Robbins of Farmington, N.M., and Ruth Robbins of Bloomfield, N.M. Clyde is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Buster, Vern, Herbie, Carl, Clarence, Roger and Eddie, and sisters Alta, Margaret, and Verna.
