Sunday, April 21

1 p.m. A deputy responded to a harassment call in the 400 block of Central Avenue. He was told by a woman that she was receiving unwanted calls, text messages and voice mails from her ex-husband. The deputy located the ex-husband and asked him to cease contacting his ex-wife. The deputy informed him that if he continued to contact his ex-wife, it would be considered harassment or stalking. No charges were filed.

Monday, April 22

6:19 p.m. A man was arrested at the Ute Mountain Casino, 3 Weeminuche Drive, for violating a protection order and bond conditions. Several hypodermic needles were discovered on the man and in his backpack at the Montezuma County Detention Center, and he was charged with second-degree introduction of contraband.
