The American Consul for Western France will spend a few hours in Mancos on May 2.
Eric Beaty, the commercial attaché for Western France, was an organizer of the sister city partnership between Mancos and Feins, France, that was established in 2015.
He and his wife, Catherine, will be passing through from Cedar City, Utah.
A reception for the visitors will be held at Outlier Cellars in Mancos at 2 p.m. May 2. Residents are invited to join town officials, the Creative District, Chamber of Commerce, and Feins Sister City committee in welcoming Eric and Catherine Beaty.
