On April 25, I went to Southwest Memorial Hospital for a scheduled outpatient surgery.
After surgery, I had complications and was hospitalized for four days. Every person on staff at SWMH was amazing.
I am proud of our hospital and the strides they take to ensure patients' needs are met! Dr. Rainer showed compassion and concern for my condition and made sure I was well cared for and came to see me every day, even though not on call.
Every nurse and CNA was loving and caring; dietary went above and beyond to make sure I had only food that I wanted no matter what it was; the custodian was friendly, caring and sweet. I never waited too long for a call light to be answered and never went without.
Thank you, Southwest Memorial Hospital, for being a medical center Cortez can be proud of!
