Library to host Wednesday Activity Club

Wednesday Activities Club, or WAC, at the Cortez Public Library is on early release Wednesdays from 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. This is a free program for students ages 8-12.

As the annual Summer Reading Program approaches, the club will do crafts with the national theme of “A Universe of Stories” in mind.

The May schedule: May 1, Moon Gardens; May 8, Galaxy Slime; May 15, Moongazer Jars.May 15 is the last day for WAC for the season. WAC will start up again when the new school year begins.
