Bowlers heating up into summer

Participants in the Lakeside Lanes winter league bowling sessions are ready for summer break, but still have a bit of work to do.

Monday evening’s Powder Puff League reports Wilken Home Construction rolling the team high handicap game (891). Angel’s End Zone had the high hcp series (2,343). Winnie Stanton took the hcp game (242) and Lindy Rucker took the evening’s scratch game/series and hcp series with 220/603/627.

Tuesday afternoon’s Women’s League listed Team Patriots taking the hcp game/series (625/1,710). Individual bests went to Janice Hager with the high scratch/hcp series (499/622). Carol DeGroff bowled the high scratch game (179) and Erin Dougherty took the high hcp game (223).

Tuesday evening’s Petroleum Men’s League posted Lakeside Lanes with the team high hcp game/series (1,050/3,067). Team member Jake Franks took the scratch/hcp game, scratch/hcp series (256/671). Wednesday morning’s Coffee League listed Bees in a Bonnett taking the high hcp game (606) and Angel’s End Zone won the high hcp series (1,774). Rucker posted individual high scores with scratch/hcp game and scratch/hcp series (245/254/661/688).

Summer leagues are now forming and open bowling is available daily at Lakeside Lanes.
