You decide if gun bill will be a just law

Attorney General Phil Weiser states the red flag gun bill will be found constitutional. Many Colorado citizens have taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, not an opinion by a judge on the Constitution.

Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. stated, “One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws, Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.”

The difference between just and unjust law is that the former “Squares with the moral law or the law of God” and the latter is “Out of harmony with the moral law.”

Every Colorado citizen has the duty to decide for themselves if this bill will be a just and moral law, or is it out of harmony with a just law and moral law.

Americans have a strong history defining if a law is just or not. When the Declaration of Independence was written and thus the Constitution was conceived, both were illegal.

Do not fear the guns you can find but the ones you cannot.

The red flag bill has just been proven ineffective.
