Montezuma-Cortez artists will showcase work

Sophomore Mia Parks is one student artist whose work will be on display at the M-CHS artist reception Friday evening.
Brennen Talley’s depiction of a bridge will be among the works showcased at the reception at the Cortez Cultural Center on Friday.
High school junior Lydell Wilson’s puppet drawing will also be displayed at the Cultural Center.

Over 40 student artists from Montezuma-Cortez High School will have their work displayed at a special reception on Friday evening.

The reception will take place at the Cortez Cultural Center from 5:30-7 p.m. All are invited to come and see artwork by students from grades nine through 12.

The Cultural Center is at 25 N. Market St.
