I am extremely disappointed in the tepid response of our county commissioners in declaring the county a “gun sanctuary” in response to the proposed “red flag” law.
Clearly, the right answer is to secede from the state of Colorado and the United States of America, and create a new breakaway republic, to be known as “Montezoomia.”
As an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, I hereby volunteer my services as comandante of defense. Onward to Victory!
