Animal Art Works show at Farm Bistro

Lara Branca’s oil painting “Water Between” will be available for sale at the Animal Art Works Beauties and Beasties show on Feb. 9.

The Farm Bistro is hosting the third annual Animal Art Works exhibit, with proceeds benefiting local animals in need.

The “Beauties and Beasties” show on Feb. 9 will feature critter-themed pieces by regional artists, all up for sale between $90 and $250. The sale will benefit the local Blackhat and For Pets’ Sake humane societies.

The event will happen from 5-7 p.m. at the restaurant at 34 W. Main St., and admission costs $10 per person. Interested artists are still able to submit their work and can contact Sonja Horoshko at artjuicestudio@gmail.com for submission guidelines.
