The following cases of domestic violence or assault require those convicted to attend and complete one or more of these additional classes or programs in addition to jail time, probation, fines and community service: domestic violence evaluation, substance abuse treatment and testing, inpatient treatment and anger management.



Tuesday, March 5

.Estelle L. Wall, 27, of Towaoc. Assault 3- Knowingly/Recklessly Causing Injury. Sixty days in jail with forty-two days credit time served, six months unsupervised probation, $184.50. Restitution is open for 90 days.

.Chancey M. Jacket, 38, of Dolores. Speeding- 20 to 24 Over Posted Limit. $276.50.

.Carlo D. Hamlin, 19, of Towaoc. Failure to display proof of insurance. *deferred sentence of 12 months unsupervised probation, $120.50. Defendant must maintain insurance for the next 12 months and provide proof to the court.

.Timothy J. Toledo, 50, of Rock Point, Ariz. Driving Under Restraint. *deferred sentence 12 months unsupervised probation, $214.50. Defendant must obtain driver's license in the next 12 months and provide proof to the court.
